Hôtel de Paris St. Tropez

La Réserve Ramatuelle Hotel

Get fused with nature, far away from the buzzing crowds

Overlooking one of the most beautiful bays of the Cote D’Azur you will find La Réserve Ramatuelle Hotel. Just a 15 minutes’ drive outside of St. Tropez, the hotel sits atop the Ramatuelle peninsula, and not only are the views of the turquoise sea spectacular, but you are surrounded by stunning Mediterranean scrubland.

La Réserve Ramatuelle Hotel has 9 rooms and 19 suites, but there are also 14 luxury private villas, each with a private garden and pool. La Pinéde Plage

In the heart of St Tropez

Situated on the beach of Gigaro, La Pinéde Plage has a modern exterior that hides a beautiful surprise. Upon entering, guests encounter its rear façade and the 32 rooms have balconies that all face the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean.

Besides having a private beach, the hotel also has a heated pool and tennis court. Its restaurant is sea-facing, and chef Vincent Colbeau-Justin only serves dishes with the best local in-season ingredients.

A chic bohemian atmosphere under this charming cabana offers itself for those wanting to spend the day relaxing at the beach and to enjoy culinary delights. This charming design by Phillipe Stark has the welcoming pop-art vibe of the original Cote D’Azur.

Once again, Eric Canino, of the Michelin-starred La Voile, has had the upper hand in designing and presenting the elegant, yet simple Mediterranean cuisine served at Las Réserve á la Plage. All the fish and meats are lovingly cooked on the wood-fired grills, and all vegetables and herbs are grown on the premises.

Stay on into the evening and enjoy your sundowners as the atmosphere changes to match the mood of the setting sun that is enhanced by the lively beat of the music.

Verde Beach

Bohemian Chic on Verde Beach, Ramatuelle

One of the greatest pleasures of spending the summers on the Cote D’Azur is leisurely days spent beside the azure waters of the Mediterranean. The bohemian chic style of Verde Beach by Yeeels offers its pure Zen décor, created by driftwood and macramé creations, to welcome visitors in an ambient atmosphere.

Lounge music plays in the background and visitors can lay comfortably as they soak up the sun, or frolic in the sea and enjoy the fun and games at play on the beach.

Hunger and thirst are easily remedied on Verde Beach, and the menu is the creation of Michelin-starred chef Thibault Sombardier, manager of all the kitchens in the Yeeels group. He is assisted by chef Yannick Plassard in a menu that includes the catch of the day and loads of seasonal vegetables sourced from local producers.

At the end of a hot, sunny day, the ambiance of the beach changes as the music is turned up and becomes livelier. The Moroccan shisha lounge serves a flavorsome and colorful summer menu that includes perfectly grilled meats cooked over an open fire.

Another surprise is the beachside boutique, Tamara Palomino, with its beautiful must-have, exclusive fashion ensembles.

L’Opera

A unique experience created for the jet-set!

On a terrace in St Tropez, patrons can enjoy more than just the stunning views of the port and bell tower. L’Opéra is open through the day, serving breakfast in the morning, but evolves into a glamorous hot-spot as the sun sets over St. Tropez. Works by contemporary artist Phillipe Shangti adorn the walls giving the restaurant a unique cultural identity.

Entertainment galore is offered nightly at L’Opera and when midnight strikes, the decks are taken over by the DJ who is bent on getting one and all onto the dance floor.

Chef Yoan Gauthier never ceases to delight with his culinary specialties of locally sourced produce that includes fruits, vegetables, and perfectly cooked succulent grilled fish and meats. Byblos Beach

A retreat dedicated to the environment on Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle

Byblos Beach is the extension of the Byblos Hotel and is an exclusive beach club where patrons can appreciate the sea and sun while enjoying the hospitality the Chevanne family is known for. The site has an extensive natural beauty, and the beach club is dedicated to preserving it by ensuring that it limits the impact on the environment.

The results are beautiful. The structure of the facilities at the beach bar can be dismantled without leaving any evidence of its ever having been there. The whitened wood weatherboarding resembles the hulls of old ships. All the fittings are made from ecological materials, the use of plastic is prohibited, and food waste is composted. Water and electricity consumption are eco-sustainable, and as the sun sets, the lighting is kept low with small table lamps to minimize light pollution.

Byblos Beach has a nautically inspired interior design, created by Francois Frossard. This is adhered to throughout the lounge, dining, and bar areas. Those seated in the restaurant have a full view of the open-plan kitchen. They also have an inspiring choice of sumptuous dishes, including home-made ice creams and delectable pastries.

Le 1051

Calmness comes from seeing all the shades of blue at 1051

Le 1051 is only a year old but is set in a luscious wine estate run by seven generations of the same family. It is part of Pampelonne Beach and Le 1051 is a magical space. The beach and restaurant were designed for guests looking for peace and calm and was imagined by Maxime Lamon. The colors are all understated, and extensive use was made of natural wood and luxurious wooden tables, cinema seats, and sunbeds. The white umbrellas flap in the gentle breeze, creating an atmosphere of absolute calm.

Whether guests choose to lie on a sunbed, enjoy a meal or sip a cocktail, the endless blue of the summer sky and the sea are enchanting.

Chef Alain Goince provides the food and always makes sure that the menu consists of inspired regional dishes created from locally sourced produce.

The clever setting of the bar, right on the beach, ensures absolute relaxation and peace of mind. Fabien Cazorla is the head barman, and he oversees the creation of all the delicious cocktails.

Le Club 55

Understated luxury from a family who are pioneers

Le Club 55 stands out as a place where its concepts have are been created over the decades by its owners and patrons. The owners do not seek to be fashionable, but this is the place where all jet-setters want to be seen. It appears light-hearted from without, but everyone who arrives here is made to feel like an old friend with a friendly welcome.

The Colmont family are pioneers in their field and have been serving dishes to the stars since the 50s. The filming crew and stars of “And God Created Woman”, Vadim and Bardot, ate here back then. The restaurant and its food slowly evolved and has continued to be highly praised over the years.

Patrice de Colmont’s kitchen garden plays a starring role in the refined creations served at Le Club 55. They are simple and authentic and feature fresh fish and vegetables.

In the unique film-like atmosphere of Le Club 55, guests continue to contribute to the scenario that started being written 60 years ago.

No one can visit the Cote D’Azur without experiencing the legend and authentic food experience of Le Club 55.

Hotel La Bailli de Suffren

A quiet paradise on the Gulf of St. Tropez

Hotel Le Bailli De Suffren is just a short distance from the center of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer. The area may not be as well-known as St. Tropez, but it has every physical charm found throughout the Cote D’Azur. Hôtel de La Ponche

A fabled hotel synonymous with the Riviera glamor

Hôtel de La Ponche has five stars and is in the heart of the old village of St Tropez. It has fantastic views from its rooms and restaurant. Guests can just step out to the pedestrianized center of the village to shop or eat at the countless restaurants.

The property has been in the family of owner Simone Duckstein since the late 1930s and she was born there. Initially, it was the Bar des Pêcheurs and was then developed into a hotel. Many famous people made the hotel their meeting place and Simone grew up among them. Hôtel de La Ponche became the famous haunt of many legendary figures including Picasso, Simone de Beauvoir, Brigitte Bardot, Romy Schneider, and Catherine Deneuve.

From the floor tiles to the artworks the hotel has a Provencal décor. Works of art can be enjoyed throughout the hotel and are by painters who were born in St Tropez or adopted it as home.

The 18 rooms are named after some of its famous residents and are adorned with paintings by the artist Jacques Cordier, Simone’s first husband.

Koh Pétrie St. Tropez

A touch of Asia in St. Tropez

Just a stone’s throw away from St. Tropez’s port, in Rue de la Citadelle is Koh Pétrie. The restaurant has an elegant Asian design and cuisine. Pétrie and her two chefs, Ho and Miao, warmly welcome guests and satisfy their sensory and taste buds.

As the night falls over St. Tropez, the hostess’s love for partying becomes even more obvious. It is a truly satisfying experience to enjoy the succulent dishes on the terrace or sip cocktails in the lounge bar in the jovial and welcoming atmosphere of Koh Pétrie.

Restaurant Le Pationata St. Tropez

Elegant food presented with love

La Pationata is in the heart of the village of St. Tropez and is the restaurant of the Hôtel de Paris. Here patrons feel like they are eating a meal cooked especially for them by a good friend. This is thanks to Executive Chef, Alain Garnier, and his team.

Sybille de Margerie designed the space in elegant tones of black granites, pendant chandeliers, luxurious braided wicker, and a gorgeous landscaped patio. The flavors here are always seasonal and fine ingredient is specially sourced to ensure optimum results.

Hôtel Métropole Monte Carlo

5-star Mediterranean Charm

Built in 1889, this property has all the charm of the Belle Epoque with the breathtaking setting of the Mediterranean. Hôtel Métropole is situated within walking distance of the casino with a beautiful view of some of the most spectacular landmarks of Monte Carlo.

Its 2004 renovation transformed it into a palace of sophisticated glamor and was overseen by the renowned French designer Jacques Garcia. Its 125 rooms and suites take guests back to another era and comfort and design fit together seamlessly to create Mediterranean charm.

The same luxurious refinement is can be found in the gastronomical delights presented in the hotel’s three restaurants. The unique culinary experiences offered to those of discerning palate are overseen by Christophe Cussac and inspired by Joël Robuchon.

Restaurant Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo specializes in refined dishes with Mediterranean flavors and has two Michelin stars. Yoshi is Joël Robuchon’s only Japanese restaurant and has one Michelin star. It offers traditional Japanese dishes in a contemporary setting designed by Didier Gomez. Finally, Odyssey is charmingly set by the pool, and its Haute Couture décor was designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Its menu is inspired by the Mediterranean and the light cuisine celebrates the fresh seasonal produce of the area.

Spa Métropole by Givenchy was opened in 2017 and was designed and integrated into the hotel by the architect Didier Gomez. In keeping with the rest of the hotel and its restaurants, the spa presents a luxurious space in an excellent location for treatments that ensure ultimate pampering.

Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse

Uncompromising authenticity

Le Lous XV is a three-star Michelin restaurant that offers a cuisine that is always full of flavors and colors. Many consider this to be chef Alain Ducasse’s flagship store and chef Dominique Lory and Ducasse are the creators of the magnificent dishes made from local fish and herbs and vegetables grown in the surrounding regions.

Each plate presented is a marriage of flavorful ingredients that are all lovingly prepared from scratch, including the condiments, sauces, and broths. The exact and precise servings leave guests in awe.

Maitre d’ Claire Sonnet and director Michel Lang, oversee the orchestrated service that is discreet and smooth. The restaurant has a magnificent centerpiece designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku.

Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat

This Four Seasons Hotel offers five-star luxury

Built on a clifftop on the Cap-Ferrat peninsula, the Grand-Hôtel has always been a place where celebrities and royalty come to relax. Dining at the hotel includes the Le Cap, where the Yoric Tíeche, a Michelin starred chef, presents his delicate dishes. The wine list is impressive.

Le Véranda is a more informal dining area and meals are served on a shaded balcony. Club Dauphin is next to the pool and serves light dishes, burgers, and pasta. Breakfast is always a spectacular affair.

La Palme d’Or Cannes

Gastronomic delights at the Hôtel Martinez Grand Hyatt

Le Palme d’Or is on the first floor of the Hôtel Martinez and has a beautiful view of La Croissette and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. It was first created by Christian Willer in 1985, and it quickly gained an international reputation. Today, chef Christian Sinicropi and his team serve such delicious dishes that are inventive, daring, and satisfy all the senses. The restaurant has two Michelin stars and four Gault&Millau Toques, something that has been achieved by very few gourmet restaurants.

The tableware at the restaurant is created by the chef and his wife Catherine, both masters in ceramics. The range is called “e+sc2” and was created to hold the chef’s culinary delights from his concept called “Movements”. This concept celebrates the seasons and the local produce. Each ingredient is presented in three different ways, experimenting with textures and flavors. Chef Sinicropi draws his inspiration from art, literature, and philosophy.

InterContinental Carlton Cannes

A mythical hotel for a famous city
